Gaucho Roots began at a workbench in Argentina, where the asado knife is less a tool than an heirloom passed down, re-handled, and used until the steel learns your hand.

We bring that craft to Australia unchanged. 420 Stainless steel, antler from the field, and the patience to finish one knife before starting the next.
